“Pebble Reach Too” is situated directly across the road from the beautiful long sandy beach at Cloughey Bay. It boasts beautiful views of the Irish Sea stretching right across to the Isle of Man. It is a larger property than Pebble Reach and has sleeping facilities for 5 people. A small fold out mattress and travel cot are also available.

It is within walking distance of a shop/filling station, children’s play area, bowling green and tennis courts. Kirkistown Golf Course is a five minute walk away. “Pebble Reach Too” consists of a living room, sitting/dining room and a kitchen downstairs. The kitchen contains a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with wonderful sea views, a twin bedroom and a single room and bathroom.

The property has a front garden and back yard. It also has a large back garden situated behind the off road parking space.

No smoking is permitted in the house and pets may be considered by prior agreement.
